To be supplied with electricity and methane gas, the applicant must sign the relevant supply contract at the Company's office or through our local agent.

• Personal data (including copies of identity document and tax code, address with house number).
• Cadastral data of the property.
• Tax code (VAT number for companies).
• Name and address of the owner of the property.
• List of installed equipment and its capacity.
• Details of the certificate of occupancy.

Tax concessions (for artisanal, industrial, restaurant, hospitality activities and non-profit companies)

For customers using methane gas for production activities, including hotels, restaurants, amateur sporting activities and non-profit recreational activities, tax concessions are provided. The concessions consist in the application of a reduced rate of excise duty and regional surtax.

In order to obtain the application of the reduced rate, claimants must submit the following documentation to our office (forms are available at our office):

Request for application of the reduced rate on excise duty and regional surtax.

Declaration in lieu of certification of assumption of personal responsibility.

Valid CCIAA registration. The right to the application of the facilities starts from the date of submission of the application.

Geothermal heating, or underground sensor thermodynamic system, consists of taking the calories present in the ground and transferring them to the dwelling. The widespread use of geothermal systems, which affects structures under construction as well as those undergoing renovation, in individual buildings as well as condominiums, is explained by its economic and ecological advantages.

A heat pump makes it possible to harness free renewable energy by transferring it inside the house via a distribution circuit.

Being eco-friendly with geothermal systems

Biomass and pellets are an excellent alternative to traditional energy sources for heating, mainly for domestic use.

It is a totally natural product obtained by a few simple mechanical processes through which finely processed wood sawdust is transformed into small cylinders of various sizes with high density.

The binding capacity of the lignin contained in wood makes it possible to obtain a compact product without adding additives and chemical substances foreign to the wood. This results in a high-yield natural fuel.
